Technical purpose Totally water sealed three core power cable designed for installation in air, direct in ground and in water (with limited
depth and moderate currents).
Included in the E Path concept, the cable is evaluated and designed with sustainability in mind.
The outer sheath is of 90% recycled (post-consumer scrap) and as insulation system the cable uses Prysmians premium thermoplastic material: P-laser that ensure outstanding performance and recyclability.
Radially water sealed byan aluminium laminate bonded to the outer sheath and longitudinally water sealed with
swellable tapes.The screen is made up of circular corrosion protected aluminium wires that are covered with a
semi-conductive material.
By using the two strong ripcords stripping of the jacket becomes easier and safer for both man and cable.
